Pewsey Vale u3a is a friendly and supportive group with over 400 members and 50 plus different activity groups ranging from Art, Gardening and Bowls, through to Bird Watching, Photography and Walking groups.
New members are always welcome and encouraged to join in. It is our members' experiences and knowledge that are our most valuable assets.
The current membership fee is £15 (2024/2025) a year and entitles you to join any of our groups and participate in numerous events. Please note that some groups do have to make a small charge to cover costs of refreshments, hall rental, etc. Details are on the relevant Groups page.
Most groups meet once or twice a month and many have outings during the year where shared travel is normally arranged.

Alternatively you can download and print an Application Form. Complete it and send send it to the Membership Secretary with your membership fee.
An excellent Newsletter is published four times a year to keep you informed of local events, outings and groups. This is normally sent by email.
Also, as a member of the u3a, you will be able to receive the u3a Matters magazine which is published by the Third Age trust 5 times a year. This provides a helpful view of the u3a on both a national and international scale and comes at no extra cost to you.
As a registered charity and as part of a national movement, Pewsey u3a asks all members to adhere to a nationally agreed code of conduct whilst engaged in u3a activities. This sets out how members can expect to be treated by others and how they in turn treat others. Details of this and other related documents can be found on the Information tab.
