Focusing on the social aspects of group photography rather than the technical side, this group shares membership and many objectives with the Practical Photography group.

Members can and do belong to both.

Mostly concentrating on local venues, both in- and out-door, the group enjoys going out together to take photographs of just about anything. Trips further afield may well be arranged in future.

Do get in touch if you think you might like to join us.

You don’t have to be a skilled photographer to take part and, as long as you enjoy taking photographs and have the means to do so (on anything from a sophisticated SLR to a mobile phone), you’ll fit right in.

Broadly speaking, we’re a group of friends who go somewhere picturesque every month to take photographs. Oh, and did I mention
the pub lunch? Would you like to join us?
We recently got together to discuss where we might go this year.
Of course, it’s all very weather dependent – oh how it’s dominating our lives at the moment! We’ll have to have a fair and a foul weather
eventuality for every month and are considering Drew’s Pond (when the marsh marigolds are in bloom), Beggars Knoll Chinese Garden,
Westonbirt Arboretum, as well as the Atwell-Wilson Motor Museum, Weyhill Fairground, Milestones Museum and our old friend the India
Shop at Honey Street.
